“We wanted workers, but people came.” - Max Frisch

This is a legal drama series about migrant workers, indigenous people, the court, and the death penalty. The characters have their own goals, desires, and difficulties, leading to conflicts. What is the truth? What is justice?

We used Southeast Asian gongs and indigenous percussion to represent regional characteristics; synthesizer noise, prepared piano, and clock sounds to create tension and chaos; strings, piano, and guitar for emotional expression and modern playing techniques for experimental sounds that echo the wavering humanity in the drama. The bassoon represents 老佟, the oboe interprets 佟寶駒, and the recorder tells 彭正民’s story. They are all woodwinds with their own unique timbres, just like the relationship between these three characters……

​這是部關於移工、原住民、法庭、死刑的律政影集，劇中人物有各自的目標、慾望及難處，並發生一次次的衝突，真相到底是甚麼？正義是甚麼？

​我們以東南亞鑼樂與原住民打擊來體現地域特色；使用合成器噪訊、預置鋼琴與指針聲來營造緊張、混亂的氛圍與時間流逝；弦樂、鋼琴與吉他除了情感表達外，也摻入許多現代演奏技法，讓聲響更實驗，呼應劇中搖擺不定的人性；低音管代表老佟、英國管詮釋佟寶駒、豎笛述說著彭正民的故事，同是木管，卻擁有各自的獨特音色，恰似這三位角色的關係……

《Zoeti》是款Rogue卡牌遊戲，以奇幻中世紀世界觀為主軸，經由每次選擇路線不同，會導向不同的故事劇情，職業與能力組合也很多樣，讓遊戲可輕鬆、可燒腦。

要如何用音樂來呈現中世紀與塔羅牌等遊戲元素，是這次創作的一大難題，也因為是奇幻、充滿想像的世界觀，創作上瞬間多了許多可能性，吉普賽、風笛、凱爾特豎琴，甚至連國樂器都是選項之一，後來我們意外決定用「直笛」來詮釋，也很感謝遊戲製作人彥文願意接受這些音色上的嘗試，因此誕生出這張專輯。

直笛邀請到阿雞與薛詒丹兩位神人相助，帶了許多種不同的笛子來錄音，有圓有方、有大有小、有高有低還有中，試了一輪下來，聲音豐富令人滿足，兩位老師也分別呈現直笛隊與獨奏兩種截然不同的感覺；雙簧管則是請香港管弦樂團的首席譽博幫忙錄製；手風琴當然就是阿雞了；母帶後期是由Rob Kleiner製作，音量控制真的猛，上架平台效果超好！

With a turn, the boy grows into the adult he hates, giving birth to a child who hates himself…

“Mirror” is director WU De-Chuen’s first VR work, adapted from the short story of the same name by Taichung novelist Xie Wen-Xian, published in 2011. It is a story about family and gender, where the male members of the family always become the “adult image” they hated under the pressure of time.

We used Prepared piano (with various materials placed on top to change the timbre of the piano) and various iron percussion sounds as creative materials, echoing the design and black humor of the art and characters in the film.

一個迴身，男孩長成自己討厭的大人，生了一個討厭自己的小孩......。

《鏡子》是導演吳德淳第一件VR作品，改編自臺中小說家謝文賢於2011年發表的同名短篇小說《鏡子》。這是一個關於家庭與男女性的故事，家中的男性成員總在時間的催促中，成為當年討厭的「大人模樣」。

我們使用預置鋼琴(上面放各種材質物件來改變鋼琴音色)與各種鐵器擊樂聲響，作為創作素材，呼應片中美術、角色鋼鐵感的設計與黑色幽默。
